LONDON and RIYADH, 22 September 2026 – AWTG today announced a partnership with Nokia Al Saudia to deploy Aruva, AWTG’s AI native learning platform, to support corporate training and workforce upskilling across the organisation.
Aruva will give Nokia Al Saudia a faster and more flexible way to build skills in a market where technology changes constantly. Trainees will have access to training content, AI powered support and assessments in a single platform, while the organisation will gain a clear view of where additional training or support is needed.
Training can be delivered online and remotely, while also complementing classroom, lab based and practical training. This gives Nokia Al Saudia the flexibility to combine digital learning with hands on instruction where needed.
Unlike traditional learning platforms, Aruva uses the latest AI models to adapt training to each individual. Trainees can ask the platform’s AI tutor to explain a difficult topic as they work through a module, and trainers can use AI to create and update course content quickly.
Training will be offered across a variety of disciplines, including telecoms, satcoms and other technical and professional areas. Learning can be delivered in English and Arabic, with the flexibility to support additional languages where required.
The platform works with a wide range of large language models and connects to existing learning management systems through integrations and plugins. It can be used in the cloud as software as a service (SaaS) or deployed on an organisation’s own infrastructure, with data protection built into its design.
For Nokia Al Saudia, this means delivering more personalised training at scale, updating learning content quickly and retaining control over how the platform is deployed and managed. The company selected Aruva over other platforms because of its focus on personalisation, ease of use and organisational control over both the learning experience and learning content.
Abbey Alidoosti, CEO of AWTG, said:
“Our partnership with Nokia Al Saudia is a significant milestone for AWTG and for Aruva. Aruva was built for exactly this kind of environment, where technology moves quickly and skills must keep pace. AI gives us a real opportunity to rethink corporate learning and make it far more valuable to every individual. Together with Nokia Al Saudia, we will show what AI native learning can deliver at scale and accelerate what we are building in Saudi Arabia.”
Bernard Najm, CEO of Nokia Al Saudia, said:
“This partnership opens new opportunities by enriching our education offering through an AI native and future ready learning platform. We are excited to adopt Aruva to deliver our selected content to our workforce while creating engaging learning experiences.”
