AWTG is thrilled to be the Headline Sponsor of Cambridgeshire County Council’s Employee Spotlight Awards, recognising the outstanding achievements of individuals and teams dedicated to creating a greener, fairer, and more caring Cambridgeshire. The prestigious awards ceremony took place at The Cambridge Belfry in Cambourne on Tuesday, 4 March, bringing together shortlisted finalists, award sponsors, and invited guests for an evening of celebration.
As part of the event, AWTG proudly presented the Team of the Year Award to Cambridgeshire Virtual School, a dedicated team of teachers and education professionals who work tirelessly to improve outcomes for children with social workers. Their unwavering commitment ensures that children in care can learn, aspire, thrive, and achieve, while also supporting safeguarding within the county’s education system. The award was presented by AWTG’s very own David Mintah (Director of MPN and Service Innovation), Mike Carter (Director of Public Networks), Chidi Williams Ohiagbaji, and Cristina Delgado (RAN Subject Matter Expert).
This recognition aligns with AWTG’s mission to support young people through youth-focused innovations and public sector initiatives, leveraging AI-powered platforms and apprenticeship programs to provide greater opportunities for the next generation. We are honored to celebrate the incredible work of Cambridgeshire Virtual School and look forward to continuing our efforts in driving positive change in communities.
