AWTG is thrilled to share its ongoing partnership with the Living Wage Foundation as they celebrate a landmark achievement for the London Borough of Ealing. Ealing has made history as the first borough in West London to commit to becoming a Living Wage Place, a significant milestone in promoting fair wages. Nearly 70 accredited Living Wage Employers in Ealing have pledged to pay their directly employed and contracted-out workers in line with the cost of living in London, reinforcing their commitment to financial fairness and community well-being.

To further bolster this initiative, the Ealing council is launching a new support and incentives programme aimed at encouraging more local businesses to sign up as Living Wage Employers. AWTG is proud to be part of this movement, firmly believing in the importance of cultivating a diverse and inclusive work environment that includes paying the real London living wage. By taking a stand for fair pay, AWTG helps build a more optimistic future for its employees and the communities it serves. Living Wage accreditation is not just a moral choice but a business strategy that fosters loyalty and productivity, proving that responsible employment practices lead to tangible benefits for both workers and employers.
