Bahar Bilan is an experienced leader in Radio Network with a strong passion for the rapidly evolving telecommunications industry. She embarked on her telecommunications career after obtaining an MSc degree in Wireless Networks from Queen Mary University of London. She became part of a fast-growing company as a mobile network planner, coinciding with the integration of new technologies into the network, enriching her professional journey. With a commendable history of planning and optimising over 2000 nodes in previous positions, Bahar currently serves as a Wi-Fi team leader and senior network engineer at AWTG, where she has demonstrated unwavering commitment for almost two years.
