AWTG releases iDAMS, the only Digital Asset Management platform available free-to-use by the public sector on G-Cloud 13 built to meet the draft specification set out in the DCIA project and more..

AWTG is delighted to launch the only Digital Asset Management platform available free-to-use by the public sector on G-Cloud 13 built to meet the draft specification set out in the Digital Connectivity Infrastructure Accelerator (DCIA) project and more – the Intelligent Digital Asset Management System (iDAMS). This innovative platform enables asset owners to quickly and easily monetise their assets such as streetlights, land and property by offering them to the telecoms industry through a secure and reliable marketplace presented in an intuitive and powerful Google Maps interface.

iDAMS is open source, giving public sector asset owners and mobile and neutral host operators the potential to build true partnerships  in a streamlined and cost-effective way. Asset owners have greater control over their data and can create and integrate their own asset acquisition process. Local authorities can take advantage of a simplified, transparent and configurable workflow for the asset rental process and establish standardised rental fees that are in accordance with the Electronic Communications Code.  iDAMS not only helps reduce long and costly negotiations but also minimises the effort involved in asset data loading, management and data cleansing.

iDAMS promotes access to assets, attracts connectivity investment and helps drive social benefits in an efficient manner.
