AWTG’s Youth Development Applications aim to empower young individuals by utilising their strengths and providing opportunities, support, and positive relationships that nurture their leadership skills. AWTG’s current portfolio includes apprenticeships, customised training, youth group management; and recruitment platforms tailored to meet the needs of each client. 

In 2022, AWTG played a pivotal role in the success of Liverpool City Region’s BeMore website and mobile application, an all-in-one platform for training and career development, which also received an award at the LGC Awards this year. It earned recognition at the esteemed LGC Awards. Last October, AWTG celebrated another win alongside Limerick Youth Service (LYS) as it introduced My Youth Club in Ireland. These are merely a few of the many accomplishments attained this year, with more forthcoming announcements on the horizon.
